Nature Journaling is collecting and organizing your observations, questions, connections, and explanations on the pages of a notebook using words and pictures. You don’t need to be an artist, or a Naturalist to begin or any special supplies other than a notebook and a pencil or pen. Join us each month as we focus on a new topic while developing our curiosity, and observation skills together. Ages: 10+

Come celebrate the first full moon of the spring season! We’re also two weeks away from the spectacular total eclipse. It’s the perfect opportunity for a full moon hike to connect with nature and discover the night sky. We’ll have telescopes available for moon observation. Dress for the weather. Ages: 5+

The Indiana Master Naturalist (IMN) program provides hands-on opportunities to learn about Indiana’s natural resources. Adult learners will gain an understanding of Indiana's plants, waters, soils, wildlife, and other topics. The program provides a way for you to share knowledge, along with your life experiences, through volunteer services. The program includes 24 hours of class time. To receive IMN certificate and pin 24 hours of volunteering must be completed within one year of taking the class. February 15 – May 23 (Every other Thursday) Ages: 18+

Get off your couch, get out of your house! Join the Zionsville Parks at your local park for some fun outdoor activities, sports, games and more! Drop-in and stay as long as you’d like. Each month we will PARK in one of our Zionsville parks and set up free activities so you can PLAY!
